2. What shipping options are available? We provide these options to U.S. customers:

- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international expansion – sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your nail products safe and high-quality? Yes – we prioritize 9-free or higher gel polishes, non-toxic formulas, and cruelty-free ingredients where possible. 7. How do I care for my TipAurex nail products? Gel polish: Store in a cool, dark place; shake well before use. Press-ons: Clean with alcohol wipe before reapplying.
